These terms govern your use of Flospace OS, operated by Aditya Govardhan Singh trading as Flospaceos. By creating an account, using the app, or buying a paid plan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Flospace OS is a personal productivity and life-tracking app for habit tracking, daily, weekly, and monthly planning, journaling, focus sessions, and structured routines. A free tier is available; a Pro subscription unlocks additional limits and features described on the upgrade page.

Flospace OS is a self-improvement and productivity tool. It is not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Flospace OS is not intended for anyone under 13.

Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, billing, receipts, and order-related customer service for paid transactions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

After checkout, access is delivered by returning you to the app and updating your account entitlement automatically. If access does not update, email flowspacesupport@gmail.com from the email address used for your account.

"Lifetime" access refers to the lifetime of the Flospace OS product, not a guarantee of any individual person's lifetime.

Anything you create in the app, including journal entries, habits, goals, notes, and routines, remains yours. We only store and process it to provide the app back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for anything illegal or to violate anyone else's rights
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Bypass entitlement checks, plan limits, security controls, or rate limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
• Sell, resell, or redistribute access to the app without our permission
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect the app's content, data, or design, or create accounts by automated means
• Copy, clone, or reverse engineer the app, its design, code, or built-in content, or use it to build a competing product

Payments made through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's acceptable use requirements, including restrictions on unsupported products and services.

The original Flospace OS software, design, code, branding, and original built-in content belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; it does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.

The app's name, logo, interface design, rank system and emblems, and built-in artwork, audio, and written content are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them. If we find a copy, we may send takedown notices to its host and take other legal action.

You are responsible for making sure any files, media, or content you upload or select in the app are content you have the right to use.

You can stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will try to give notice first.

Flospace OS is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Flospace OS in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and communicate material changes by email or in-app notice.
